About this role
This role manages the Sales Operations team and supports Field Sales with daily operational activities and customer-facing processes. The manager builds reporting dashboards for leadership, executes project work plans, and drives CRM adoption to improve sales productivity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day Sales Operations team and cross-functional support
- Support field sales with product claims, credit holds, back orders, and blanket orders
- Create and execute project work plans for sales initiatives and changes
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and data-driven reporting
- Drive sales productivity and accountability through CRM and sales methodology adoption
Technical Overview
The technical scope is primarily systems/process related around CRM usage, dashboarding, and reporting using Microsoft Office Suite. The role relies on operational data to create visually appealing, data-driven sales performance dashboards and summary reporting for sales leadership.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Sales Operations manager with 6-8 years of relevant experience and 1-3 years of management experience. They have strong experience supporting Field Sales with operational workflows (claims, credit holds, back orders, blanket orders) and building sales performance dashboards and data-driven reporting, while driving CRM adoption and sales productivity.
