Lead a software engineering organization delivering FactoryTalk-based software. Drive engineering practices, align with product, UX, and architecture, and champion generative AI adoption while maintaining quality and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a software engineering organization (ICs and managers) to deliver software from requirements through release
  • Partner with Architecture to guide architectural decisions
  • Establish and improve engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability, DevSecOps)
  • Champion generative AI capabilities adoption across lifecycle
  • Manage delivery metrics and continuous improvement

Technical Overview

Responsible for cloud-native architectures on Azure, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and DevSecOps. Oversees integration with industrial automation software (FactoryTalk) and guides architectural decisions.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a seasoned software engineering leader with 5+ years of people management experience, strong background in factory automation software, and a track record of driving generative AI adoption while maintaining quality and security.
