Lead Solutions Consulting for complex, multi-product platform deals in AMER. Coach Solutions Consultants to improve discovery, value articulation, technical scoping, and handoffs while turning frontline deal learnings into actionable product signals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Solutions Consultants to improve deal execution quality
- Partner with Sales and Product to improve deal outcomes and handoffs
- Set clear standards and run an inspection cadence to make best practices repeatable
- Translate deal insights into structured product signal for Sales, Product, RevOps, and Enablement
- Contribute to a consistent product-feedback loop from win/loss, friction points, and objection patterns
Technical Overview
Focuses on technical scoping and risk discussion within deal execution rather than implementing software systems. Builds an AI-forward, learning-oriented team and creates a structured feedback loop from deal cycles into product and go-to-market improvements.

The ideal candidate is a Solutions Consulting leader who has managed a team of Solutions Consultants and worked tightly with Sales and Product to improve complex, multi-product platform deal outcomes.
