About this role
Own strategic sourcing and commodities procurement for the Frontier AI & Robotics organization, managing the full sourcing lifecycle from supplier relationships to contracts and inventory planning. Partner with engineering and operations teams to translate technical needs into procurement strategy while reducing supply chain risk and improving cost and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive, end-to-end sourcing strategies for advanced robotic product portfolios
- Identify, negotiate, execute and structure partnerships with robot contract manufacturers
- Source and negotiate favorable terms for off-the-shelf robots and manage follow-up parts orders, maintenance, and support contracts
- Plan material supply requirements, manage inventory levels, and maintain schedules while developing mitigation strategies
- Implement, update, and train others on using an inventory management / ERP system
Technical Overview
The technical scope is supply-chain systems execution—running inventory management and ERP-based planning, managing supplier and contract manufacturer partnerships for robotics components, and aligning procurement with engineering requirements and design changes. You will focus on procurement risk mitigation, cost analysis, and process automation opportunities to support rapid scaling.

The ideal candidate is a procurement leader experienced in strategic, end-to-end sourcing for advanced technology hardware—especially robotics and specialized components. They can translate ambiguous future requirements into actionable sourcing strategy, manage supplier and contract manufacturer partnerships, and run inventory and ERP-based planning while mentoring a small team.
