About this role
This role leads the ESG Data Modernization product within McDonald's ESG data ecosystem, focusing on Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, agile product practices, and data-driven decision-making. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver ESG reporting capabilities aligned with regulatory and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ESG Data Modernization product; Guide cross-functional product trio; Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; Develop product roadmaps aligned with ESG goals and regulatory requirements; Oversee UAT planning and release readiness
Technical Overview
Technical scope includes Net Zero Cloud functionality, ESG data ingestion/validation/reporting, data integrations with Global Data Warehouse, backlog and roadmap execution, UAT and release notes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior product manager with 5+ years of technical product management experience, strong Salesforce Net Zero Cloud and ESG data domain, and proven cross-functional leadership across product, design, and engineering.
