Manager, Technology Product Management - Platform responsible for operational strategy and reliability of the PECS platform ecosystem within Johnson & Johnson's Patient Experience Product Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational strategy for PECS platforms
- Own system inventory, architecture docs, and dependency maps
- Define change management and training
- Lead cross-functional self-organized teams
- Post-incident reviews and root cause analysis
Technical Overview
Accountable for platform operations across applications, integrations, data/AI services; ensures security, privacy, and compliance; builds dependency maps and architecture documents; drives change management and observability.
