About this role
This role manages Technology Services by leading a team and owning a roadmap to ensure processes are consistent, enabled, measured, and improved. The manager oversees operational execution, incident handling, and process/tool maturity while driving automation and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain tools and processes to support operations for Technology
- Oversee operational execution and incident handling while measuring process quality and compliance
- Lead documentation and user education about relevant processes
- Establish and execute a technology services roadmap and align dependencies with other teams
- Implement automation and improvements to reduce operating or capital expense

They are strong in automation and cost reduction while ensuring users are documented and educated on processes.
