About this role
The Manager Turbine Support leads execution of turbine generator outage project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities. The role standardizes outage planning and services procedures and enforces procedure adherence using Human Performance (HU) and Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute turbine generator outage project teams
- Standardize outage processes and procedures across assigned facilities
- Develop detailed plans, schedules, and budgets using life cycle cost management system
- Enforce procedure use and adherence with Human Performance and Technical Human Performance
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement for outage planning personnel
