About this role
Manager of Workforce AI & AICC leads a team responsible for overseeing WWT's workforce AI platforms and the AI Competency Center program. This dual-charter role includes people management and program leadership to drive organization-wide AI adoption and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI Platform Analysts; Oversee workforce AI platforms (Copilot, Claude, Glean, and similar); Track and evaluate new features and roadmap developments; Implement adoption analytics; Manage vendor relationships and escalate platform issues
Technical Overview
Oversees AI platforms (Copilot, Claude, Glean, ChatGPT, Gemini) with licensing governance, adoption analytics, and platform configuration; drives governance, security, and training across the enterprise.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior IT leader with 3+ years managing AI platforms, leading an AI Center of Excellence, and driving enterprise-wide adoption and governance of AI tools. Strong leadership, governance, and data-driven decision-making are essential.
