About this role
The Manager, Workforce AI leads a team of analysts and owns strategy for WWT's Workforce AI platforms and the AI Competency Center program. This dual-charter role combines people management with program leadership to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI Platform Analysts
- Oversee operational health, licensing, and configurations of Workforce AI platforms
- Track adoption and usage analytics; communicate implications
- Oversee user enablement and training
- Own AICC strategy, roadmap, and execution
Technical Overview
Oversees Workforce AI platforms (Copilot, Claude, Glean, etc.), licensing governance, adoption analytics, and platform configuration. Partners with Legal, Compliance, and Security; develops runbooks and documentation; drives AICC program metrics and executive reporting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level manager with 3+ years in tech leadership and program management, experienced in leading enterprise AI platform adoption, and strong executive communication. They should bring familiarity with AI governance and data privacy/security principles, and be capable of coordinating cross-functional teams.
