Managing Consultant - Technical is a remote, full-time role delivering healthcare IT consulting with a focus on SQL Server administration, HL7 interfaces, and EHR/PM integrations for ambulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

Independently lead and manage complex client engagements
Define goals and deliver strategic outcomes
Lead configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of EHR/PM platforms
Design scalable, high-availability database environments
Develop reporting and analytics solutions

Technical Overview

Hands-on SQL Server administration and HL7/interoperability work across EHR/PM platforms (NextGen, Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Aprima, ModMed); reporting via Power BI/SSRS/Tableau; HIPAA/compliance awareness; data integration and SQL development.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior healthcare IT consultant with 7+ years in ambulatory environments, deep SQL Server and HL7 experience, and hands-on expertise with major EHR/PM platforms and reporting tools to drive client outcomes.

Must-Have Skills
