About this role
Work on the production floor as a Manufacturing Associate (1st Shift) producing medical devices using semi-automated equipment. Perform quality checks, visual inspections, packaging, assembly, and maintain required documentation and cleaning verification checklists.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and run light industrial semi-automated equipment
- Operate machines safely and respond to safety issues
- Conduct quality checks and visual inspections
- Document product quality, machine performance, and safety records
- Perform packaging and production line assembly with cleaning verification checklists
Technical Overview
Operate light industrial semi-automated medical manufacturing equipment, perform in-process and finished product visual inspections, execute packaging/assembly operations, and complete production and safety documentation in the company system. Conduct basic machine troubleshooting and ensure cleaning verification compliance.
