Provide machining engineering support and guidance to improve production balancing cost, velocity, quality, safety, and environmental compliance. Deploy engineering and process changes, monitor reliability, and implement process enhancements across Caterpillar facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy projects and provide support of Machining Manufacturing Engineering to Caterpillar Facilities
- Identify and implement enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes
- Provide engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities
- Improve equipment and processes through execution of engineering and process changes
- Monitor reliability and drive execution of process enhancements
