About this role
Lead and support manufacturing operations for Amazon Robotics on 2nd shift, managing safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using process metrics and root-cause corrective actions while coordinating daily production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and motivate production teams
- Manage operations safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery expectations
- Oversee daily execution of manufacturing operations to deliver performance to plan
- Gather, trend and report process metrics/KPIs and drive improvement initiatives
- Drive efficiency and quality through process improvement initiatives and root cause/corrective action
Technical Overview
This is an operations-focused leadership role spanning material handling, electro-mechanical assembly, testing, packing, and shipping. The technical scope centers on manufacturing process execution, quality/safety management, and applying structured process improvement and corrective actions.
