About this role

The Manufacturing Project Manager will perform Earned Value management for the Operations group and support the Manufacturing Program Manager with operational commitments and contract deliverable documents. The role owns its own projects and coordinates across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Production Control, and Logistics and Planning to meet mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Apply Earned Value (EV) techniques to monitor and control the Performance Measurement Baseline
Assist with financial, technical, and schedule requirements for a critical program subsystem
Support Control Account Manager tasks including variance analysis and Estimate At Complete updates
Coordinate operations progress with site Program Manager(s) and key stakeholders
Assist with proposal generation and internal program team submittals

Technical Overview

This position applies Earned Value Management to monitor and control the Performance Measurement Baseline, supporting Control Account Manager budget responsibilities including Latest Revised Estimate and Estimate At Complete analysis. It requires proficiency in MS Office/Excel and working knowledge or willingness to learn Oracle ARMS and Power BI, with optional experience in Primavera.
