Manufacturing Systems and Simulation MP&P Engineer - Data Engineering

This role supports Boeing’s Production System Modeling, Simulation & Analysis team by developing and integrating software and automated hardware/industrial robotics solutions. The engineer contributes to architecture, requirements, and testing activities and helps improve engineering processes using Agile project practices.

• Develop and maintain architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and design
• Develop and maintain code and integrate software components
• Perform development, integration, and testing of automated hardware systems
• Support agile project management, estimation, and planning
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to meet operational and performance expectations

You will create and maintain architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and design for software systems, while developing and integrating code into functional systems. You will also participate in development, integration, and testing of automated hardware systems and industrial robotics, with involvement in Agile project management, estimation, and planning.

The ideal candidate is a BS-educated engineer who can contribute to manufacturing system modeling and simulation work, including architecture, requirements, algorithms, and interfaces for software systems. They have experience developing and integrating code and participating in development/integration/testing of automated hardware systems and industrial robotics, with comfort working in an Agile project environment.
