About this role
Market Associate focusing on retention, growth, and optimization of Airbnb hosts within an assigned territory. Build relationships, optimize pricing/listings, recruit hosts, and educate them through webinars and scalable communications, while supporting Market Managers with education programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business of host entrepreneurs; Provide optimization recommendations on pricing and listing quality; Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes; Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities; Support Market Managers with webinars and scalable email communications

Non-technical sales/relationship management role with CRM usage (Salesforce) and data-driven optimization of pricing and listings. Involves coordinating with multiple internal teams and delivering education programs.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level sales/account management professional with 3+ years in new sales or partner support, capable of managing a book of business across a defined territory. They should have some CRM experience (Salesforce a plus), strong communication skills, and a track record of driving host retention and pricing optimization.
