ExxonMobil seeks a Market Intelligence Analyst to lead market and supplier intelligence initiatives within Global Sourcing, building supplier profiles, managing SIP dashboards, and delivering cost models and lifecycle analyses for procurement decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead market & supplier intelligence initiatives in Global Sourcing
- Identify and evaluate MI sources
- Prepare insights for supplier & category meetings
- Maintain SI dashboards & reports
- Map bid intelligence on SIP
Technical Overview
Role requires data analysis, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience using SIP and procurement/engineering data sources to create cost models and TCO analyses, interfacing with category managers and business lines.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior market intelligence analyst with 5+ years in global sourcing, preferably with Oil & Gas experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to build cost models and TCO analyses for procurement decisions.
Must-Have Skills
5 years of professional experience in global sourcing intelligencePreferred experience in the Oil & Gas industryBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Industrial Production preferred)Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities including pattern detectionroot cause analysisProficient in Microsoft Office software suite (OutlookWordExcel & PowerPoint)Experience using and drawing insights from procurementengineering and market intelligence technology sourcesAbility to create cost modelstotal cost of ownership and full lifecycle models for equipment and materialslaborfabrication category etc.Ability to work across all major engineered equipment and materialsReadwriteand speak fluent English
