About this role

Market Intelligence Analyst at Pioneer Natural Resources (ExxonMobil India) designs and prepares MI reports and executes supplier intelligence processes; interfaces with Global Sourcing leads, Market analysis Group, and Category Managers to capture procurement intelligence and maintain SI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and preparation of MI reports and execution of the Supplier Intelligence processes
Interface with Global Sourcing Leads/Analysts, Market analysis Group, Category Managers, Business lines and Discipline Leads
Identify changing user needs and manage continuous improvement of procurement intelligence
Ensure SI dashboards and reports are maintained
Map procurement intelligence to indirect bids and SIP

Technical Overview

Non-technical emphasis on MI/Procurement analytics, with tooling in Microsoft Office and SIP; domain knowledge in oil & gas and EPCs; strong emphasis on cost modeling and supplier profiling.

The ideal candidate is a senior market intelligence analyst with 5+ years in global sourcing/procurement, an engineering background, and strong ability to develop cost models and supplier profiles within the oil & gas industry.
