About this role
Senior market recruitment leader responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of financial advisor candidates within the Wells Fargo region and shaping recruitment strategies with field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as advisor to leadership to recruit experienced Financial Advisors and expand hiring within assigned area
- Partner with field recruiters to share knowledge and develop recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors and management to increase hiring and retention
- Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex recruitment challenges across multiple areas of the enterprise
- Provide vision and direction on implementing innovative recruitment solutions
Technical Overview
Primarily a recruitment/partnering role with limited technical requirements; uses Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analytics and presentations; involves FINRA licensing and regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level recruiter with 7+ years of wealth-advisor recruiting experience, FINRA Series 7 and SIE licenses, and a proven track record building pipelines for financial advisors. Must be technically proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, able to travel up to 75%, and capable of partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive recruiting strategies in a banking/wealth management environment.
