Market Research Analyst

The Market Research Analyst leads customer experience and customer satisfaction research for residential and business customers. The role manages the customer satisfaction transaction survey process, analyzes data using statistical and text/sentiment methods, and delivers reports and presentations to leadership.

• Manage daily operations of the corporate-wide customer satisfaction transaction survey process
• Provide accurate and timely reports on customer satisfaction goal progress to leadership and the WEC Board of Directors
• Support the development and rollout of annual corporate customer satisfaction goals
• Identify actionable insights using statistical analysis and text/sentiment analysis
• Manage residential customer online panel and lead panel research

This role centers on survey-based customer research and analytics, including statistical analysis and text/sentiment analysis. Work includes managing online panel research and translating insights into actionable recommendations presented to senior leadership.
