Manage and execute marketing campaigns with support from the Director of Marketing, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget. Duties include running social media campaigns, updating websites, coordinating videos, and assisting with marketing automation and performance reporting.

  • Execute and manage social media strategies including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Manage and execute website updates, flyers, events, videos, and resident stories
  • Send email blasts and publish blogs and other assigned projects
  • Assist with marketing automation set-up and execution (Website response, digital CRM program, email drip, digital magazine)
  • Measure and analyze performance and recommend actions to maximize results and minimize costs
