Manage the daily marketing coordination duties for all projects, supporting marketing and sales initiatives across communities and home sites. Coordinate vendors, maintain marketing materials and inventories, and keep websites updated through the company’s CMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing and sales initiatives including project positioning and advertising
- Coordinate with third party vendors for signage and creative support
- Update and maintain website presences using Content Management System (CMS)
- Manage marketing collateral inventory and perform fact-checking/proofreading
- Coordinate and manage marketing events and oversee model home/sales center installation and maintenance
