About this role
Marketing Data & Technology Manager builds and maintains the marketing measurement stack, data pipelines, and attribution logic across the marketing ecosystem, with emphasis on HubSpot, BI dashboards, and HIPAA-compliant data practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage reports across paid and organic channels
- Track patient journey data from ad click to treatment
- Develop dashboards in HubSpot, Tableau, and Excel
- Manage marketing integrations and data passbacks
- QA tracking and lifecycle metrics
Technical Overview
Heavy focus on martech stack, data engineering, and marketing attribution; stack includes HubSpot, Tableau, SQL, Google BigQuery, and ETL tools with HIPAA considerations.
