About this role
Markets and Distribution Career Coach to support Greenwood Project scholars pursuing careers in distribution, wholesaling, sales, and relationship management within asset management. The role combines coaching with program design to prepare scholars for internships and full-time opportunities, using learning pathways and roadmaps to track progress in a remote, nonprofit setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coach a cohort of scholars through hybrid, virtual, and in-person programming with the goal of securing a junior year distribution and wholesaling internship
- Provide structured one-on-one coaching focused on professional readiness, interview preparation
- Facilitate small group and large group professional development sessions
- Evaluate scholar progress using internal rubrics and roadmaps
- Develop and oversee feedback systems with finance partners to monitor scholar performance during internships
