About this role
Zoom is seeking a Mass Market Solutions Engineer to help customers understand and adopt Zoom’s platform, focused on unified communications and contact center technologies. You will design solutions, conduct demos and POCs, support RFQ/RFP responses, and translate customer problems into business and technical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design next generation communication solutions for Zoom customers
- Conduct demonstrations and POCs (proof of concept)
- Translate customer problems into technical solutions and business outcomes
- Prepare responses to RFQ/RFPs
- Assist in the scoping of professional services engagements
Technical Overview
This is a solutions-engineering and technical pre-sales style role centered on Zoom’s SaaS collaboration capabilities (Meetings, Video, Voice, Contact Center) and ISV integrations. The role requires experience with UCaaS/CCaaS, running demonstrations and proof of concept evaluations, and supporting the solution sales cycle.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical experience in SaaS collaboration environments, with direct exposure to UCaaS and/or CCaaS. They can run demos and POCs for Zoom, translate customer needs into solutions, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders through the solution sales cycle.
