About this role

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences seeks a Master Data Management Project Lead to oversee end-to-end MDM initiatives, ensuring data creation, update and governance. Lead projects with cross-functional teams, define scope and deliverables, and manage timelines and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex MDM projects
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive milestones
  • Monitor project progress and develop mitigation strategies

Technical Overview

Strong knowledge of MDM concepts, procedures, and tools (Arena, Oracle/Oracle Cloud, PowerBI, Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced MDM project lead with 3+ years delivering MDM initiatives, strong governance, and leadership across cross-functional teams.
