Master Stylist

Master Stylist delivers hair services and cosmetics expertise to Ulta Beauty guests, driving service sales and retail performance while maintaining high guest satisfaction and store standards.

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, updos, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable)
• Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity for hair services and retail
• Develop guest relationships and provide total-store guest experience
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and procedural standards
• Maintain store operational standards and participate in trainings

Roles include performing haircutting, coloring, texture services, makeup applications, and potential piercing; requires cosmetology license and strong guest service skills in a retail salon environment.
