Master Stylist

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing
• Meet or exceed sales goal of $1250 average weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services
• Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales
• Support the execution of in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards

Non-technical role centered on salon services and product knowledge. Operates in a retail salon environment; uses booking systems and adheres to safety, sanitation and state board guidelines; requires cosmetology license and ability to perform hair design, color, extensions, makeup.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Master Stylist with a cosmetology license, proven ability to meet sales and service goals, and a passion for guest service.
