About this role
Support warehouse operations by handling inventory, administrative tasks, and material handling for beer disposition, quality holds, and destruction activities. The role includes SAP inventory transaction updates, maintaining the FPH log, and coordinating with outside contractors for pickups and billing accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inventory transactions in SAP to account for product changes
- Handle dumping beer tasks including stacking, wrapping, counting, and transferring to specified areas
- Maintain the FPH log and manage SU pallet releases and posting changes
- Coordinate destruction/sort activities with Quality, finished goods, and outside contractors
- Provide daily destruction counts and support end-of-month Financial Destruction Forecast with Finance
Technical Overview
Operational role centered on SAP inventory transactions and warehouse documentation control (FPH log, SU/BS tabs, posting changes). Manages physical movement of beer units (dumping, stacking, wrapping, sorting) while keeping system quantities aligned for destruction forecasts and outside contractor billing.
