About this role
Material Handler for a warehouse environment supporting mixing/packaging, inventory maintenance, and shipping/receiving operations. The role also includes safe loading/unloading with forklift equipment and compliant handling, storage, documentation, and shipment preparation of hazardous waste.

Technical Overview
Industrial warehouse duties focused on hazardous waste and product logistics. Requires understanding cGMP requirements related to FDARP, using respiratory protection equipment, performing hazardous waste receiving/storage with inspections and paperwork, and preparing hazardous waste shipments for off-site recycling/disposal.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced material handler with hands-on warehouse shipping/receiving and strong forklift/industrial lift truck operation skills. They can work safely with hazardous materials and hazardous waste, including receiving/unloading into storage areas and completing inspections and paperwork. They understand cGMP requirements related to FDARP and can use respiratory protection equipment, while meeting physical demands and passing drug tests.
Must-Have Skills
ability to operate an industrial powered lift truck or forklift according to company procedures and governmental regulationsknowledge of cGMP requirements as it pertains to FDARP as applicable to the facilityability to use and maintain respiratory protection equipmentability to learn proper methods for handling hazardous materials and wasteswith trainingphysical ability to lift and carry at least 100 poundsphysical ability to tilt back or break 800 lb. net drums onto a dollyphysical ability to stand and walk for long periods of timetest negative on the company's drug tests
