About this role
Lead the installation, integration, and deployment of automation and material handling systems across North American facilities. Provide mechanical/electrical engineering guidance, lead installation crews, and drive safety, schedule, cost, and quality outcomes across multi-site programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation crews deploying material handling equipment across North American facilities
- Lead delivery of multi-site projects
- Provide technical expertise for automation initiatives across sites
- Implement scalable solutions and drive project-level decisions
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Technical Overview
Hands-on experience with automation integration, conveyor and sortation systems, and technical documentation. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, SQL; experience with Six Sigma/Lean; vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced installation/engineering lead with 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing settings, strong hands-on expertise with material handling automation, and a proven ability to lead installation crews across multi-site facilities.
