CAERAS is seeking an experienced writer/editor to support medical residency applications by developing and refining graduate-level CVs and personal statements. The role includes client-facing editing through staged training and ongoing document development with strict quality and deadline expectations.

Technical Overview

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced medical CV and personal statement editor with proven graduate-level writing/editing experience and familiarity with the residency application process (ERAS/NRMP). They deliver high-quality, client-facing edits while preserving each applicant’s authentic voice, staying within strict word/character limits, and using AI tools responsibly without relying on AI-generated content.
