Medical Writer

The Medical Writer creates high-quality, scientifically accurate and compliant scientific content for a publications-driven account, including abstracts, posters, plain language summaries, congress deliverables, and graphical abstracts. The role involves maintaining therapeutic area and regulatory knowledge, managing timelines and budgets using internal and client SOPs, and data-checking work against source materials while supporting project tracking and reporting.

This is a medical communications writing role focused on publications deliverables and compliant scientific documentation. The writer uses project tracking and reporting tools such as DataVision, Zinc, and Clear, and follows internal/client SOPs to ensure accurate, deadline-driven output.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level or junior-to-associate medical writer with an advanced degree in a life sciences or clinical discipline and demonstrable medcomms (medical communications) agency experience. They can create scientifically accurate, compliant publications content (abstracts, posters, plain language summaries, congress deliverables, graphical abstracts), data-check against source materials, and manage timelines/budgets using internal and client SOPs in a remote setting.
