Meditech MAAS Expanse MIS Specialist

Spence Consulting is seeking a Meditech Expanse MIS Specialist for a contract role with remote work. The position involves building and updating Meditech Expanse template user profiles and job roles, supporting go-live activities, and handling user access and termination workflows.

• Build and update Template user Profiles and assign/update Job Roles
• Create Template Users/MPA’ (Menus) and profiles to copy to actual users
• Create new users from User Access Request forms and process User Termination requests
• Support sites for Go Live and provide Knowledge Transfer documentation
• Migrate old printers to new Expanse Print Servers and monitor printing issues

This healthcare IT role is centered on Meditech Expanse (EHR) MIS configuration and operational support. Responsibilities include managing template user profiles/menus, provisioning users from access request and termination forms, supporting go-live readiness, and migrating printers to new Expanse Print Servers while monitoring printing issues and creating knowledge transfer documentation.

The ideal candidate is a Meditech MIS Specialist with at least 5 years of Meditech MIS experience and strong hands-on knowledge of Meditech Expanse. They can build and update template user profiles and job roles, manage user access and termination requests, and support go-live activities. They are also comfortable handling Expanse print server migrations, monitoring printing issues, and producing knowledge transfer documentation.
