Member Outreach Specialist helps Devoted Health members navigate plan benefits, educate them on clinical programs, and schedule appointments via inbound/outbound calls and SMS.

- Member engagement & education: 70+ outbound calls/SMS daily
- Needs assessment & resolution
- Meet productivity goals
- Build rapport with members
- Cross-train on multiple programs
Technical Overview
Role relies on digital platforms for member engagement, data entry, and CRM-based documentation; remote support and mobile device usage are common.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a healthcare-focused MOS with 1+ years in high-volume customer service, fluent in English and Spanish, and comfortable working a flexible remote schedule to educate members and schedule care.
