About this role
Provide direct patient care in an acute inpatient psychiatric hospital for adults and adolescents. Monitor patients closely through observation rounds, support admissions processes, and help run group therapy programs.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level Mental Health Technician with a High School Diploma or GED and hands-on experience in a behavioral health environment. They can support adult and adolescent patients with safety-focused observation rounds, assist with admissions, and participate in group therapy. Preferred candidates also have inpatient experience and demonstrate de-escalation skills.
