About this role
PRN Mental Health Technician provides continuous patient care and supervision in a behavioral health setting, working under RN direction to support treatment goals and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow therapeutic interventions outlined by the treatment team
- Observe and document changes in patient condition
- Communicate changes in patient's condition to the charge nurse
- Provide continuous patient care and role modeling
- Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse
