About this role
Merchandise Services Specialist will drive purchase order creation and maintenance, troubleshoot PO errors, and support the merchant team by resolving PO discrepancies and moving PO attributes across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of Purchase Orders through the PO RPA process
- Troubleshoot and review errors to ensure accuracy of POs
- Support merchant team with PO discrepancies from vendors
- Move PO attributes including dates, priority codes, and warehouse location
- Monitor workload with KPIs to ensure timely PO creation
Technical Overview
Work with Excel, PeopleSoft, and Mainframe to manage PO creation and maintenance; monitor KPIs and coordinate SKU publishing and vendor communications.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with experience handling purchase orders in a retail setting, proficient in Excel and PeopleSoft, capable of troubleshooting PO discrepancies, and comfortable working in a hybrid office environment.
