Mercury Ignite is a 12-month graduate program in AI, Data, and Automation offering rotations through Application Development with hands-on software engineering work and a final full-time placement.

Key Responsibilities

Rotate through assignments in different areas of Application Development
Develop software with guidance from senior engineers
Write high-quality code with tests
Participate in design/code reviews
Support and maintain applications per Mercury standards

Technical Overview

Rotational program focusing on software engineering concepts, coding in Java/JavaScript/Python, data/AI/automation topics, and adherence to Mercury coding standards and practices.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a new graduate or early-career software engineer with strong programming skills in Java or JavaScript or Python, interest in AI and data, and willingness to rotate through assignments in a 12-month Mercury Ignite program.

Must-Have Skills
