Own performance for client lead generation across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and/or Google Ads. Build, optimize, and scale campaigns while collaborating with creative, web, and client-facing teams to improve conversions.

- Own Meta and/or Google Ads lead generation performance
- Set up and launch campaign structures (cold, retargeting, events, video)
- Monitor and optimize audiences, creative, copy, and bidding
- Manage budgets and maintain cost efficiency
- Collaborate on landing page and funnel improvements with clear reporting
