About this role
The Metals Technical Lead - Analytical Operations oversees day-to-day metals laboratory operations and supervises an analytical testing team. You will optimize workflows and sample prioritization, troubleshoot analytical challenges using technical judgment, and ensure high-quality, compliant data delivery with LIMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily Metals laboratory operations for turnaround time, throughput, and data quality
- Coordinate workflow and sample prioritization
- Apply technical judgment to identify and resolve analytical or workflow challenges
- Ensure accurate sample tracking and documentation within LIMS
- Supervise, coach, and mentor analysts and technicians while enforcing safety protocols
