About this role

Support and manage Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions using IBM Sterling and/or Stonebranch. Configure scheduling, handle SFTP/FTP transfers, and apply secure transport and encryption standards while troubleshooting Windows/Linux environments and working in ServiceNow.

  • Create and manage ServiceNow tickets for incident and request tracking
