About this role

This Accounting Manager role leads a team of accounting professionals and improves efficiencies to lower costs. It coordinates accounting transaction controls, accounting policy compliance with GAAP and regulations, and manages financial analysis, consolidated/subsidiary reporting, and quarterly SEC filings (10-K and 10-Q) including MD&A.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate accounting transaction accumulation, recording, accuracy and control
Establish and maintain accounting policies and processes in compliance with GAAP and accounting regulations
Manage preparation and reporting of consolidated and subsidiary financial statements
Manage combined quarterly SEC filings (10-K and 10-Q) including drafting management's discussion and analysis
Continuously improve processes and leverage technology

The ideal candidate is an Accounting Manager with a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of multifaceted accounting experience, including extensive public company financial reporting. They have strong GAAP and SEC requirements knowledge, including experience managing 10-K and 10-Q filings and drafting MD&A. They lead teams and drive process efficiencies and cost reductions, with preferred familiarity in Oracle FCCS and Workiva Wdesk.
