About this role
Mgr, IT - Service Delivery, SAP leads SAP ISU and M2C-related service delivery initiatives within Entergy's utility customer service portfolio, coordinating with vendors, business stakeholders and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Solution Architects, IT Consultants, and Business Analysts
- Manage software contracts, renewals, and licensing
- Partner with Program Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Enterprise Architecture, and vendor teams to deliver capabilities
- Contribute to the creation and execution of application roadmaps
- Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders
Technical Overview
Oversees SAP-based application delivery and integration across Meter-to-Cash processes; manages budgets, vendor performance, and stakeholder communications; ensures lifecycle management and system reliability.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior SAP/ISU specialist with 5+ years in Meter-to-Cash, strong stakeholder management, and experience leading SAP-centric service delivery programs in energy/utilities.
