About this role

This role is a client-facing Microsoft 365 Engineer II position focused on messaging, identity, and migration work. You will support both project implementations and ongoing operations, especially around Exchange Online and Exchange hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support and implement Microsoft 365 messaging, identity, and migration solutions
Deliver Exchange Online and Exchange hybrid environment changes
Design hybrid-cloud and network solutions with security controls
Automate infrastructure with IaC and deployment pipelines
Perform performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and QA on changes

Technical Overview

You will design hybrid-cloud solutions and implement security controls, using automated infrastructure as code (IaC) and deployment pipelines. The work includes Exchange Online and Exchange hybrid support, identity integration, migration execution, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis to maintain reliability and user experience.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a mid-level Microsoft 365 Engineer with hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365 messaging, identity, and migration solutions. They have direct experience with Exchange Online and Exchange hybrid environments, including identity integration and migration execution. They also bring strong operational skills like automated infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
