About this role
Deliver and lead complex Microsoft 365 messaging solutions focused on Exchange and messaging migrations for enterprise clients. Support identity, security, compliance, and Copilot readiness through secure messaging architecture and governance decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and support Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 Messaging
- Lead email and messaging migrations across Exchange, Google Workspace/Gmail, and Lotus Domino
- Architect hybrid Exchange environments and tenant migrations
- Troubleshoot mail flow, security, compliance, and hybrid identity dependencies
- Advise on Copilot readiness and align messaging with Zero Trust and AI governance
Technical Overview
Own messaging engineering and migration execution, including hybrid Exchange architectures, coexistence strategies, tenant consolidations, and tenant-to-tenant migrations. Provide senior-level expertise across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender while aligning messaging to Zero Trust and AI governance principles for Copilot readiness.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Microsoft 365 messaging engineer who has delivered complex Exchange and Microsoft 365 messaging solutions for enterprise clients. They have hands-on experience leading email and messaging migrations (including hybrid Exchange and tenant-to-tenant migrations) and are strong in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender.
