Microsoft 365 Organizational Change Management Consultant

Provide organizational change management consulting to help public sector customers execute OCM strategies for Microsoft technology adoption. Lead discovery, planning, communications, training, and measurement activities that support end-users, managers, and the organization during digital transformation.

• Conduct OCM activities (vision discovery, kickoff, change scope analysis workshops, interviews, surveys, focus groups)
• Develop and execute new offerings related to Microsoft Copilot
• Strategize communications and training, including building champions plans
• Design and implement change management plans using best practices and a consistent methodology
• Measure the success of the transition or transformation and adjust tactics

Focuses on change management for Microsoft 365 deployments and related capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint. The work includes planning and running OCM activities (workshops, interviews, surveys, focus groups) and delivering change management plans using best practices and a consistent methodology.

The ideal candidate is an OCM (Organizational Change Management) consultant with 5+ years of change management or adoption experience, and strong hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint. They can design and execute change management plans, run discovery and workshop activities (interviews, surveys, focus groups), and lead communications and training programs that help end-users adopt new solutions successfully.
