About this role
This role hires a Cloud Security Consultant to assess and improve clients’ security across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. You will perform security assessments, design secure cloud architectures, and support remediation efforts including risk management and incident response.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth cloud security assessments across Azure, M365, Entra ID, and AWS environments
- Design and implement secure cloud architectures tailored to clients
- Detect and remediate vulnerabilities including IAM, MFA, endpoint exposure, and data loss risks
- Assess, design, and implement data classification and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Provide client-facing consulting to recommend and implement security improvements and ensure compliance
Technical Overview
The technical scope spans Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 (M365), Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender products, with additional security consulting responsibilities for AWS Security. Responsibilities include identifying misconfigurations, managing vulnerabilities, implementing data classification and Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and improving IAM/MFA and access controls.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior cloud security consultant with hands-on experience designing and assessing security architectures across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. They have strong incident response and risk management experience, including business email compromise, and can assess and remediate misconfigurations and data loss risks across both Microsoft and AWS environments.
