About this role
Build and enhance scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that improve operational efficiency across the business. You will develop in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, customize CRM/CE, create integrations and ETL processes, support upgrades/patching, and troubleshoot end-user issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with analysts
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) to meet business needs
- Build and maintain integrations using Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Power Platform, and SharePoint
- Perform ETL processes and support upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and user training
Technical Overview
The role focuses on Dynamics 365 development using .NET and JavaScript, plus Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse. It includes integration and ETL work using SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS/SSMS, and optionally KingswaySoft, along with cloud environment maintenance and performance monitoring.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer with 4+ years of experience and at least 2 years working directly in Microsoft Dynamics 365. They have strong hands-on experience with .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Dataverse, along with ETL/data integration using SSIS or KingswaySoft.
